  1. How We Store and Sync Data On your device: Profile settings, preferences, and app state are stored locally.

iCloud (CloudKit): Drink logs and related Core Data records may sync through your private iCloud container associated with your Apple ID. This data is encrypted in transit and protected by Apple’s iCloud security. We do not operate our own servers for this synced content and cannot access your private iCloud database.

On your device only: Some settings (such as metabolic tuning stored outside Core Data) may remain on the device and are not synced via iCloud unless otherwise stated in the App.

  1. Third-Party Services The App uses the following categories of third-party services:

Service | Purpose – | – Apple | Sign in with Apple, In-App Purchases, iCloud, and platform services RevenueCat | Subscription management, entitlement verification, and purchase restoration Google Firebase / Gemini | AI-based drink recognition and related processing Each third party processes data according to its own privacy policy and terms. You may delete locally stored and synced app data using Delete All My Data in the App’s Profile settings. Deletions intended to remove iCloud-synced records are propagated through your private iCloud container, subject to Apple’s sync behavior and network availability.
