Manage or cancel your subscription

Restore a purchase

Open the app, go to the paywall or Profile, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

We cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must go through Apple.

Caffly AI can read sleep data from Apple Health to show insights.

To connect Health

If sleep data is missing

Confirm Health permissions are enabled in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Caffly AI
Make sure your sleep data is recorded in the Health app or by your Apple Watch
Toggle Apple Health Sync off and on again in Profile

Drink logs may sync through your private iCloud account.

If sync is not working

We cannot access your private iCloud data. Sync is handled entirely by Apple.

Camera or photo logging not working

AI features require an internet connection.

You can remove all app data from Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete All My Data.

This removes local data and synced iCloud records associated with the app, subject to Apple’s sync timing.
